- Ps. 103:1, 2, 4, 5, 17, 19, 21 (to ;)
1Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
2Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
... 4Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
5Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
... 17But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;
... 19The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.
... 21Bless ye the Lord, all ye his hosts;
- Ezra 3:8-11
8¶ Now in the second year of their coming unto the house of God at Jerusalem, in the second month, began Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua the son of Jozadak, and the remnant of their brethren the priests and the Levites, and all they that were come out of the captivity unto Jerusalem; and appointed the Levites, from twenty years old and upward, to set forward the work of the house of the Lord.
9Then stood Jeshua with his sons and his brethren, Kadmiel and his sons, the sons of Judah, together, to set forward the workmen in the house of God: the sons of Henadad, with their sons and their brethren the Levites.
10And when the builders laid the foundation of the temple of the Lord, they set the priests in their apparel with trumpets, and the Levites the sons of Asaph with cymbals, to praise the Lord, after the ordinance of David king of Israel.
11And they sang together by course in praising and giving thanks unto the Lord; because he is good, for his mercy endureth for ever toward Israel. And all the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised the Lord, because the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid.
- Col. 3:1, 2, 4, 16
1If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
2Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
... 4When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
... 16Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
- Luke 13:11-13
11¶ And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.
12And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.
13And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.
- John 14:2-4, 6 I (to :), 12-16, 18, 19
2In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
6 ... I am the way, the truth, and the life:
... 12Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
15¶ If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
18I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
- John 4:46-51
46So Jesus came again into Cana of Galilee, where he made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at Capernaum.
47When he heard that Jesus was come out of Judæa into Galilee, he went unto him, and besought him that he would come down, and heal his son: for he was at the point of death.
48Then said Jesus unto him, Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe.
49The nobleman saith unto him, Sir, come down ere my child die.
50Jesus saith unto him, Go thy way; thy son liveth. And the man believed the word that Jesus had spoken unto him, and he went his way.
51And as he was now going down, his servants met him, and told him, saying, Thy son liveth.
- Rev. 21:1-5
1And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.
2And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
5And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
- II Tim. 2:1 be, 7, 15, 19 the (to .)
1be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
... 7Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.
... 15Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
19 ... the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his.

There is neither place nor opportunity in Science for error 233 233:1of any sort. Every day makes its demands upon us for higher proofs rather than professions of Christian power. 3Profession and proofThese proofs consist solely in the destruction of sin, sickness, and death by the power of Spirit, as Jesus destroyed them. This is an element of 6progress, and progress is the law of God, whose law de-mands of us only what we can certainly fulfil.
- SH 232:9-13
- SH 306:8, 18-19, 25
If God, who is Life, were parted for a 9Divinity not childlessmoment from His reflection, man, during that moment there would be no divinity reflected. The Ego would be unexpressed, and the Father would be 12childless, — no Father.
Undisturbed amid the jarring testimony of the material senses, Science, still enthroned, is unfolding 27to mortals the immutable, harmonious, divine Principle, — is unfolding Life and the universe, ever present and eternal.
- SH 329:17-25
21 There is no hypocrisy in Science. Principle is impera-tive. You cannot mock it by human will. Science is a Error destroyed, not pardoneddivine demand, not a human. Always right, 24its divine Principle never repents, but main-tains the claim of Truth by quenching error.
- SH 240:10
In the order of Science, in which the Principle is above what it reflects, all is one grand concord. Change this 12Perpetual motionstatement, suppose Mind to be governed by matter or Soul in body, and you lose the key-note of being, and there is continual discord. Mind is 15perpetual motion. Its symbol is the sphere. The rota-tions and revolutions of the universe of Mind go on eternally.
- SH 124:20-26 (to 1st .)
Adhesion, cohesion, and attraction are properties of 21Mind. They belong to divine Principle, and support All force mentalthe equipoise of that thought-force, which launched the earth in its orbit and said to the 24proud wave, “Thus far and no farther.”

Sight, hearing, all the spiritual senses of man, are 24eternal. They cannot be lost. Their reality and immor-Permanent sensibilitytality are in Spirit and understanding, not in matter, — hence their permanence. If this 27were not so, man would be speedily annihilated. If the five corporeal senses were the medium through which to understand God, then palsy, blindness, and deafness 30would place man in a terrible situation, where he would be like those “having no hope, and without God in the world;” but as a matter of fact, these calamities often 487 487:1drive mortals to seek and to find a higher sense of happi-ness and existence.
- SH 55:15-21
15 Truth’s immortal idea is sweeping down the centuries, gathering beneath its wings the sick and sinning. My weary hope tries to realize that happy day, when man shall 18recognize the Science of Christ and love his neighbor as himself, — when he shall realize God’s omnipotence and the healing power of the divine Love in what it has done 21and is doing for mankind.
- SH 588:11-15
- SH 261:2
- SH 476:28-5
When speaking of God’s children, not the children of men, Jesus said, “The kingdom of God is within you;” 30The kingdom withinthat is, Truth and Love reign in the real man, showing that man in God’s image is unfallen and eternal. Jesus beheld in Science the per-477477:1fect man, who appeared to him where sinning mortal man appears to mortals. In this perfect man the Saviour 3saw God’s own likeness, and this correct view of man healed the sick. Thus Jesus taught that the kingdom of God is intact, universal, and that man is pure and holy.
- SH 521:12 (only)
12 The harmony and immortality of man are intact.
